After the papparazi caught Bollywood’s sexy item girl Yana Gupta without her panty at a recent charity function for kids, little did anyone know that she will land up in legal trouble for it!!
Rizwan Ahmed, a self-proclaimed social activist in Lucknow has filed a case against Yana Gupta. Even the organizer and the photographer who clicked her pictures haven’t been spared!! All three of them have been charged with obscenity under section 292/ 293 and 294 of the IPC in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow.
Interestingly, after the incident Yana didn’t accuse the photographer for his shameful deed and in fact labeled herself as the ‘NO-Panty’ girl… She even stated that she won’t mind doing a panty ad if offered a chance to do so…
Well, looks like the bold and bindaas attitude of this ‘Babuji’ girl, Yana surely hasn’t gone down well with the public!! Here’s wishing Yana all the very best!!
